3. Registration & Enrollment
- Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Registration is confirmed only after payment has been received.
- Providing false information may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
4. Payments
- All payments must be made through approved payment channels.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment plans, where available, must be completed according to the agreed schedule.
- Certificates or final project files may be withheld until outstanding balances are paid in full.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by the official Refund Policy published by
Centadesk Global Services.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Students who have attended any class are not eligible for refunds.
- Completed services and delivered digital products are non-refundable.
6. Student Replacement Policy
Students who are unable to continue a training program may transfer
their enrollment to another interested individual.
- The original student is responsible for finding the replacement.
- The replacement must be approved by Centadesk Global Services.

Any financial agreement between the original student and the
replacement student is solely their responsibility.

Centadesk Global Services is not responsible for recovering or
transferring payments between private parties.
7. Attendance & Certification
- Students are expected to attend classes regularly.
- Assignments and projects must be completed within the specified deadlines.

Certificates will only be issued to students who successfully
complete the course requirements and have no outstanding payments.
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, presentations, software, documents,
graphics, templates, and digital resources remain the exclusive property
of Centadesk Global Services.
- Copying or redistributing materials without written permission is prohibited.
- Selling or sharing paid course materials is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized reproduction may result in legal action.
9. Student Conduct
Students and clients agree to:
- Treat instructors and fellow students with respect.
- Avoid harassment, discrimination, or abusive language.
- Not disrupt classes or online communities.
- Use learning platforms responsibly.
Centadesk Global Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate any
student or client who violates these rules without refund.
10. Project Delivery
- Project timelines depend on timely client feedback and content submission.
- Delays caused by the client may extend delivery dates.
- Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may attract extra charges.
11. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality training and professional
services, Centadesk Global Services does not guarantee:
- Employment opportunities after training.
- Business success resulting from our services.
- Specific SEO rankings or marketing results.
- Financial gains from implementing our recommendations.
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the
specific service giving rise to the claim.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected during registration or service delivery
will be used only for business purposes and managed according to our
Privacy Policy.
13. Force Majeure
Centadesk Global Services shall not be liable for delays or failure to
perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control,
including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions,
strikes, pandemics, or technical failures.
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any
time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised
terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance
with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Centadesk Global
