Centadesk Global Services – Refund Policy

Centadesk Global Services Refund Policy

Effective: January 1st, 2022 to Date

At Centadesk Global Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality training, software solutions, consulting, digital marketing, branding, and creative services. We value customer satisfaction and have established the following refund policy to ensure transparency, fairness, and clarity for all clients and students.

1. ICT Training Programs

Registration Fee

A ₦20,000 registration fee is mandatory for every new student (included in the total amount to be paid). This fee covers administrative costs, onboarding, account setup, learning resources, and student management services. The registration fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Courses Below ₦100,000

  • Students may cancel their enrollment before the official course start date and receive a refund excluding the ₦20,000 registration fee and any applicable payment processing charges.
  • Once a student has attended a class, accessed course materials, or gained access to the learning platform, no refund shall be granted.

Courses ₦100,000 and Above

Cancellation 7 Days or More Before Training Begins

  • Eligible for a refund after deducting the ₦20,000 registration fee and any applicable transaction charges.

Cancellation 3–6 Days Before Training Begins

  • Eligible for a maximum refund of 50% of the course fee.
  • The remaining 50% retained by Centadesk Global Services covers:
    • Referral commissions payable to individuals or organizations that referred the student (where applicable).
    • Tutor allocation and preparation fees incurred for each enrolled student.
    • The non-refundable ₦20,000 registration and administrative fee.
    • Course preparation, onboarding, and operational expenses.

Cancellation Less Than 72 Hours Before Training Begins

  • No refund shall be granted.

After Training Has Started

Once a student has attended any physical or virtual class, accessed course materials, received training resources, or participated in any training activity, all payments become non-refundable regardless of attendance, withdrawal, personal circumstances, or course completion.

Course Transfer Option

At the discretion of Centadesk Global Services, students who cannot continue a program may request a transfer to a future training batch or another eligible course. Approval is subject to availability and payment of any applicable price difference.

Course Transfer & Student Replacement Policy

If a student is unable to continue a training program after registration or payment, Centadesk Global Services allows the student to transfer their enrollment to another individual, subject to approval and completion of the required registration process.

  • The original student is free to find another interested person to take their place in the course.
  • Any payment arrangement between the original student and the replacement student is the sole responsibility of the parties involved. Centadesk Global Services will not mediate or participate in the financial transaction.
  • The replacement student will assume the remaining rights and responsibilities associated with the course enrollment.
  • The original student understands that this option serves as an alternative to requesting a refund and provides an opportunity to recover part or all of their course fee directly from the replacement student.
  • The replacement request must be submitted and approved before the new student attends any class or receives access to course materials.
  • Centadesk Global Services reserves the right to verify the replacement student's details and may require the completion of a registration form and payment of any applicable administrative or registration fees before the transfer is finalized.

2. Software Development & Web Design Projects

Before Project Commencement

If a client cancels a project before work begins, payments made may be refunded after deducting administrative, consultation, and transaction processing fees.

After Project Commencement

0% – 20% Completed Up to 80% Refund
21% – 50% Completed Up to 50% Refund
More Than 50% Completed No Refund

Approved milestones, completed deliverables, design concepts, development work, and accepted project stages are non-refundable.

3. Digital Marketing & SEO Services

  • Monthly retainers and recurring marketing services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Any prepaid service that has not yet started may qualify for a refund after deducting administrative and processing costs.
  • No guarantees are made regarding search engine rankings, traffic increases, or advertising performance.

4. Graphic Design & Branding Services

  • Payments for logos, flyers, banners, social media creatives, business cards, letterheads, branding kits, and other design services are non-refundable once design work has commenced.
  • Clients are entitled to the agreed number of revisions stated in their service agreement.
  • Completed and approved designs are non-refundable.

5. Custom AI Content & Creative Services

These services include but are not limited to:

  • AI-generated eBooks
  • Video scripts
  • Marketing copy
  • Presentations
  • Business proposals
  • Content creation
  • Video production assistance
  • Creative writing services

Due to the customized nature of these services, payments become non-refundable once work has started, drafts have been delivered, or final content has been supplied to the client.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests arising from duplicate payments, billing errors, technical issues caused by Centadesk Global Services, or situations where the company is unable to deliver the purchased service may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Registration and administrative fees.
  • Downloaded digital products.
  • Completed software development milestones.
  • Delivered consultancy sessions.
  • Completed branding and design work.
  • Custom AI-generated content.
  • Training courses already attended.
  • Accessed course materials and learning resources.
  • Referral commissions already paid.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, customers must provide the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Invoice or Payment Reference
  • Date of Payment
  • Service Purchased
  • Reason for Refund Request

Requests must be submitted within the applicable refund period stated in this policy.

9. Policy Updates

Centadesk Global Services reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published through official company channels and shall apply to future purchases and service engagements.

10. Acceptance of Policy

By enrolling in a training program, purchasing a service, signing a contract, or making payment to Centadesk Global Services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and all associated terms and conditions.
